    The key drop slot is in the first bay door, next to the office. It's in the front to the right-hand side of the entry door on the first bay door.
  3. Step 3: Open the metal box. See Image
    The box opens from the top.
  4. Step 4: Follow the instructions. See Image
    The instructions are on a dark blue sticker.
  5. Step 5: We'll contact you the next business day.
    We'll reach out to you the next business day to provide a detailed initial quote for the necessary service.

If towing is necessary, we will work with the local towing companies in our area and coordinate everything from pickup to drop off. Allowing you to know that the transport, and repair of your vehicle is taken care of. We can either tow it into the shop immediately, or at a set and specific time. Due to our relationship with local towing professionals, we are given the opportunity to have specialty discounted rates when it comes to vehicle transport. We pass these savings onto you.
